I offer friendly face to face support with IT issues.
It may be intimidating, my experience with technology, but I understand that everyone is at different levels of IT knowledge. My great level of patience and persistence allows me to help clients with technical issues with minimal stress.
I have had several ongoing clients who call to me from time to time, and usually the problem gets solved pretty quickly.
